Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set business plan and analyze sales target with benchmarking with company policy.
∎ Forecast sales & collection target based on market research.
∎ Establish realistic sales objectives for the year end project action plan.
∎ Plan, design, print, implement & maintain all types of advertisement for apartment projects.
∎ Monitor & coordinate sales team daily performance.
∎ Liaison with advertisement firms to set sales promotion activities for stakeholders.
∎ Take sales initiatives for on time handover projects such as commercial, institutional apartment.
∎ Mentor and coach team members to achieve the target to ensure team success.
∎ Liaison with different types of organizations such as Government, non-government offices to maintain smooth project development.
∎ Assess and improve the sales order and customer service processes.
∎ Report & keep update to Management periodically.
∎ Be the brand trader in real estate sector.
∎ Ensuring proper CSR activities for apartment projects which will help organization branding.
