Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engg. in Civil with MBA from IBA will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Realization of the mission and vision set by the Company from time to time.
∎ The candidate has to make and lead a well motivated Marketing & Operations Team to meet revenue objectives of the company.
∎ To maximize market share, revenue and profitability in the company's selected markets.
∎ To formulate marketing & Operations strategies and actions plan in line with the company's direction to expand its business in the designated area/territory.
∎ To lead, guide and well motivated Marketing Team in their daily execution of sales/marketing tasks & activities towards achieving the team's monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI targets.
∎ To attend to customer's enquiries, quotations, tender compilations and follow-up of marketing & operational call.
∎ To get to know and participate in local exhibitions & marketing events which will increase brand awareness, contact expansion and idea generation.
∎ To improve the operational systems, processes & policies in support of organizations mission. Driving a new business unit towards growth.
∎ Play a significant role in long-time planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Acts as "lead client care" officer through direct contact with every client & partner.
∎ Plan, coordinate, monitor & execute all development activities, and ensure quality, profitable and timely completion of all projects.
∎ To visit to construction site & ensure safe proper set day and quality is in every step of steel structure and erection works.
∎ Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the Management team.
∎ Lead best practice sharing locally & internationally of business decisions.
∎ To look after and follow up the entire support chain issues and should have expertise on different types of Marketing & operations.
∎ To conduct product and marketing training of new Marketing Force joining the team.
∎ To formulate own strategies to outwit other market players.
∎ Knowledge of design about Steel & RCC structure.
∎ Maintain liaison with Govt. offices.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Conditions may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Should be self motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship and planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Business Development, Distribution/Supply Chain Management etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture/Interior Design Firm, Development Agencies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Distribution Companies/Wholesale, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Market Research Firms, Multinational Companies.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
∎ Traveling required.
∎ 'Can do' and get it done attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
