Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Should have the acumen of understanding the contract, making a timeline for timely execution of the project as per Contract.
∎ To keep the chronological history of the project to face any eventualities and excellent in bargaining and negotiation skill.
∎ To make necessary communication with the client on various issues regularly (As per Contract), if required to expedite relentlessly for any unresolved issues.
∎ To prepare weekly status report from respective Site Engineers, compile them and implement all actions required for the progress of work as per work completion schedule/timeline.
∎ To coordinate with Head of Logistics, Factory and Site Engineers regarding implementation of the projects.
∎ To visit project sites frequently as required to get latest status of the project.
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients and their representative at site.
∎ To be responsible for any activity, the Management may assign within the purview of Project Management at sites.
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be Tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having strong people skills.
∎ Minimum 10 years in depth experience on RCC/Industrial projects and practical knowledge in relevant field in reputed Construction Firm/ Real Estate Companies.
∎ Piling experience is a pre-requisite.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
∎ Should have the good knowledge of STAADPro, ETABS, TEKLA & Auto CAD etc.
∎ Wide travel across the country is required.
∎ ‘Can do’ and get it done attitude’.

Salary: Negotiable
