Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, identify new trends and opportunities, and create marketing plans that increase sales and profitability for our woven products.
∎ Oversee the production of our woven garments factory and sub-contractors during order crisis moments, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly, meeting delivery schedules, and handling any issues that may arise.
∎ Manage the costing, production planning, and technical aspects of the factory, including developing production plans, overseeing technical processes, and managing costs to ensure profitability.
∎ Prepare production plans and shipment plans for the proper execution of sampling according to the "Time and Action Calendar" on a regular basis.
∎ Communicate with buyers regarding production status and receiving new orders, keeping buyers informed about the production process, and work with them to meet their needs and expectations.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with customers, brands, and buying offices, networking, building trust and rapport with clients, and maintaining a positive image for the company.
∎ Evaluate and analyze the profitability of styles and design efficiency targets, analyzing sales data, identify profitable products, and make strategic decisions about which products to continue producing.
∎ Forecast and analyze the market trend, business opportunities, and opportunity cost with factual data and appraise the same to the top management.
