∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Merchandising, Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Any Reputed Public University.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Effective communication skills, Leadership
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Current trends, Customer Relationship Management, Interpreting data, Managerial Skills, Marketing and merchandising, Product knowledge
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall marketing, merchandising and business development strategy.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with new Buyer.
∎ To communicate with buyer for cost calculation, price negotiation, order procurement, correspondence, liaison etc. and also correspond with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales order and maintain profitability.
∎ Executions of orders according to planned time and action plan on regular basis to ensure the shipment with right quality and right quantity.
∎ Monitoring overall activities of suppliers, commercial, shipping, quality checking of goods, etc. to ensure smooth production and shipment.
∎ Identifying potential delay causing situations that will lead to challenges in meeting basic KPI's; On-time delivery, order fulfillment, adherence to AQL and monitor overall merchandising team KPI.
∎ Prepare to production plan & shipment plan for proper execution of sampling according to "Time and Action Calendar" on regular basis with production management.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the company target.
∎ Lead and oversee the Marketing & Merchandising department for suits and blazers, fostering seamless collaboration between teams to achieve business objectives.
∎ Utilize your 10-12 years of experience in the suits and blazers industry to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and market presence.
∎ Drive the creation of merchandising plans and product assortments that align with current trends and customer preferences.
∎ Collaborate closely with design and production teams to develop cutting-edge suits and blazers that appeal to discerning customers and exceed market expectations.
∎ Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to capitalize on new opportunities.
∎ Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources strategically to achieve optimal returns on investments.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective product development and delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ MBA in Marketing, Merchandising, Management or Master's from any Public University.
∎ Proven track record of 10-12 years of experience in marketing and merchandising roles within the suits and blazers industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the suits and blazers market, including current trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
∎ Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand recognition.
∎ Strong merchandising expertise with an eye for selecting and planning an appealing product assortment.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
∎ Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and market insights to inform decision-making.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
