Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good connection with renowned customer local Buying agent & Overseas Buyer.
∎ To lead Marketing Teams effectively and efficiently.
∎ To meet objectives and targets of Marketing of Knit garments respectively.
∎ To be efficient in smart dealing with Buyers.
∎ To keep abreast of current market trends and use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales.
∎ To play significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ To do costing and pricing of garments and negotiate with buyers to reach final acceptable prices.
∎ To oversee update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by merchandisers to buyers.
∎ To monitor status of approval/ pre-production/ photo samples/delivery.
∎ To utilize creativity to have a strong understanding of products.
∎ To better utilize knowledge on Pattern of Knit Fabrics and Sourcing to implement planning for better productivity.
∎ To ensure execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ To follow up with planning/production/commercial teams for on time shipment.
∎ To constantly search for new business development & promotion with new Buyer.
∎ To be ready to undertake any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Garments Industry, Garments Marketing
∎ To have good knowledge on Garments Marketing with strong link with Buyers.
∎ To have good communication knowledge in English both speaking and Writing.
∎ To be able to work under Stress.
∎ To have knowledge on IT and on-line business.
∎ To have knowledge on general compliance.
Salary:
∎ Financial Package Negotiable
