Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all merchandising activities since development to production to development till shipment.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Ability to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ Ability to maintain on time delivery and quality assurance.
∎ Ability to handle all development jobs of Merchandising.
∎ Manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain.
∎ Ability to deal with the Buyer independently for all the merchandising activities including marketing, price quoting, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Ability to arrange all kinds of yarns & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for production.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ Ability to act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipment of order.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Need to Work closely with QA to ensure best final product.
∎ Need to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up and communication with buyers.
∎ Ability to follow up on all production and keep team head informed about the progress.
∎ Keep close liaison with buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production.
∎ Co-ordinate customers/suppliers visits and deploy resources accordingly.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience as DGM/GM Marketing for 5-7 years
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Computer skills are essential-specially MS-Excel, MS-Word and E-mail
