- At least 5-year experience.
- Work experience in microfinance organization is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word & Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be comfortable with travel in working areas outside Dhaka.
- Honest, responsible, and confidential in handling tasks.
- Knowledge in HRM Software is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking someone who is eligible to work under pressure with good skill in MS office.
H/She will be responsible to maintain staff info, office documents, prepare official letters & others.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise to update attendance register, leave register, movement register, admin filing, and office documentation.
- Maintain all documents update for further requirements/audit/observation.
- Attend Audit/Observation & provide documents as needed.
- Supervision of manpower planning, recruitment, establishment, transfer, promotion, and retirement activities.
- To provide proposals for the implementation and updating of job regulations, code of conduct, and human resources policies.
- Training plan and implementation based on employees' needs.
- Conducting annual performance appraisals.
- Supervising the management of vehicles, buildings, machinery, and office equipment.
- Controlling office rent, electricity, water, contracts, and other administrative expenses.
- Monitoring office security systems and supervising relevant security personnel.
- Familiarity and improvement in HRM software, Attendance Apps, and file management.
- Preserving office documentation and preparing reports according to the system.
- Preparing and submitting monthly/quarterly reports on human resources and administrative activities to the authorities.
- Maintaining effective communication with management, branches, and field levels.
Job Other Benifits: Consolidated salary will be 50000/- taka.
After confirmation it will be 71700/- taka.
Salary is negotiable for candidates with higher experiences.
Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund, City allowance will be applicable after confirmation.
Festival bonus & Baisakhi Bonus as per service rule.
