Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

Hotel Sweet Dream is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee overall hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Security)

  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies

  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control

  • Lead, train, and supervise department heads and staff

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

  • Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in the hotel industry, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (General Manager/Operations Manager preferred)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Good knowledge of hotel operations and management systems

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments
