Responsibilities & Context:
Position Summary:
We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage (F&B) and Bar service team as Waiter. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, ensuring smooth dining experience, and maintaining service standards as per hotel policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks efficiently and timely
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas
Ensure proper table setting before and after service
Assist in bar service (if assigned) including beverage preparation support
Handle guest complaints politely and report to supervisor
Follow hotel SOP, hygiene, and safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen and bar team for smooth operations
Up sell menu items to increase revenue (where applicable)
Requirements:
Minimum SSC / HSC or equivalent
1–2 years experience in hotel/restaurant (preferred but freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (Bangla & basic English)
Well-groomed and presentable personality
Basic knowledge of F&B service or bar service is an advantage
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
