Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, disciplined, and guest-focused individuals to join our Housekeeping Department. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and bathrooms daily

  • Change bed linens, towels, and guest supplies regularly

  • Replenish toiletries, minibar items, and room amenities

  • Report maintenance issues (AC, lighting, plumbing, etc.)

  • Ensure proper cleanliness of corridors, lift areas, and service areas

  • Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards strictly

  • Respond promptly to guest requests in a polite manner

  • Maintain lost & found records and hand over items to supervisor

  • Follow housekeeping SOP and supervisor instructions


Requirements

  • Minimum SSC / HSC or equivalent

  • Experience preferred (hotel housekeeping experience will be an advantage)

  • Physically fit and energetic

  • Good behavior and guest service attitude

  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Basic understanding of cleanliness standards in hospitality industry


Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Teamwork and discipline

  • Time management

  • Basic communication skills (Bangla / English)

  • Hotel experience in similar category (1–3 years preferred)
