Job Context

Hotel Sweet Dream is seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Executive/Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the hotel/hospitality industry and proven leadership capability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to increase room occupancy and revenue.

• Identify new business opportunities (corporate clients, travel agents, events, etc.).

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Promote hotel services through online and offline marketing channels.

• Handle corporate sales, group bookings, and event sales.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and present to management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in Sales & Marketing (Hotel industry experience is a must).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Good knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality sales.

• Proficiency in MS Office and online marketing tools is an advantage.

• Fluent in English & Bangla.
