Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall strategic leadership and management of the company’s operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Oversee sales, marketing, distribution, and financial performance to achieve company targets.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Supervise departmental heads and ensure effective teamwork across the organization.
- Monitor performance, analyze business trends, and prepare regular management reports.
