∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing appropriate action plan for marketing to meet the assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
∎ Product/market promotion, brand awareness and market expansion.
∎ Fully responsible for nationwide distributor appointment and their performance evaluation
∎ Work closely with RSM/TSM, and SE to monitor progress, solving market problems.
∎ Dealer/ Depot setup with target for rapid market growth.
∎ Ensure regular dealer's DOs (Demand Orders) and products lifting by his team.
∎ Frequent market visit and market opportunity assessment.
∎ Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products and provide feedback to top management.
∎ Ensuring corporate sales with monthly target.
∎ Initiatives for business with modern trade and E-Commerce.
∎ New market development and product sourcing and costing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years' experience in Sales and Marketing of Food and Beverage Products
∎ At least 4 years of experience at Head of Sales/ NSM/GM (Sales) level
∎ Candidate with Job experience in Beverage products (current or immediate previous) will be given preference
∎ Should have direct contact with Depot/ Distributors/ dealers
∎ Habituated in extensive field tour and good acquaintance with lower level field forces (ASM, SR etc.)
∎ Self-motivated and past records of achieving national sales targets
∎ Participation in different sales related training
∎ Good knowledge on Management reporting system through spreadsheet/ quickbook
