∎ Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) in Marketing
∎ University of Dhaka , North South University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant must be self- motivated, creative, smart and an energetic who is expert in plot/land selling
∎ Capable to lead sales team for achieving sales target set by the management.
∎ He should have started his career in a renowned land project and subsequently over the years promoted in high responsible position of land project.
∎ Must have knowledge and information about land market competitors (land project).
∎ The person is responsible for the sales of chunk of land plots through himself and team members as well.
∎ Source potential new prospects, buyers / customers.
∎ Proven track record of profitable sales negotiation.
∎ Capable of closing the sales deal independently.
∎ Taking responsibility and supervising the work and activities of junior staff members.
∎ Designing business strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability and liquidity.
∎ Cost benefit analysis of each activity in business process.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to maximize business profit.
∎ He will be reporting to the CEO and honorable Chairman.
