∎ Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our ISP's market presence and drive business growth.
∎ Oversee day-to-day ISP operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality internet services and seamless customer experiences.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to optimize performance and foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.
∎ Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion and enhanced competitive positioning.
∎ Champion a customer-centric approach, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Must have legal and land related work experience.
