Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the overall operations of the ISP including Network operations, Service delivery, Customer support, Legal, Logistics and Field operations.
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure quality service and operational efficiency.
∎ Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with technical, sales, Legal, Logistics and finance teams to ensure end-to-end service performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including procurement and logistics for network infrastructure.
∎ Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
∎ Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and control operational costs.
