Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Super store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the quarterly, half yearly & yearly sales targets.
∎ Prepare new product selling plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management
∎ Generate monthly reports which highlight: Plan vs Achieved Sales, Reasons for shortfall etc.
∎ Outlet wise expenses control & monitoring /check physically, find out cause why damage /wastage, deviation and action plan for control.
∎ Make plan how to make outlet profitable.
∎ Make promotional /offer plan & budget.
∎ Close Follow Up and Monitoring of each activity (marketing and sales)
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction based on company's strategy
∎ Daily report to management to target Vs sales status ,overall market and others competitor situation.
∎ Arrange manpower trained & development.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
∎ Strong Computer skill & able to work under stress.
∎ Excellent analytical and time management skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in running a Super Shop independently and must have sufficient knowledge in over all supervision and operation of the Super Shop.

Salary: Negotiable
