Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide strategic leadership across all business wings under A.R.M Group

  • Oversee activities of:

    • Bashundhara Employment Services

    • Bashundhara Overseas

    • Bashundhara Aviation

    • Training & Testing Centers

    • Medical & Diagnostic Centers

    • ARM Construction & Real Estate Ltd

    • ARM Fabricates Ltd.

  • Lead business planning, market expansion & profitability targets

  • Monitor financial operations, budgeting & cost control

  • Strengthen corporate, government & international relations

  • Guide department heads to align with company vision

  • Ensure policy implementation, SOP development & regulatory compliance

  • Identify business risks and drive innovation

  • Lead managerial recruitment, training & performance development

  • Report directly to CEO/DMD/ MD/Chairman
