∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Departmental store, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Event Management, Group of Companies, Hospital, Restaurant, Shopping mall, Super store, University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day to day operation of Security, Housekeeping, Front desk, Bill collection, Safety & Security & Fire protection etc;
∎ Ensure all the checklists of floor cleaning, washroom cleaning, front glass cleaning, gardening watering, insecticide spray etc.;
∎ Ensure the attendance of all working staff including leave management;
∎ Ensure all the chemicals, materials and consumable stocks are available for floor, washroom, glass cleaning etc;
∎ Assist the hire in vacant position;
∎ Ensure health and hygiene condition of the building and also the employees, working under you;
∎ Provide necessary training to update the team as and when required;
∎ Arrange the maintenance and repair of equipment and other services;
∎ Promotes professionalism through etiquette and manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
