Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile engineering
∎ Skills Required: Dyeing/ Washing,Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)

∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage all employees under Dyeing Factory
∎ • Plan & coordinate Group's own garment fabric requirement & provide good quality fabrics & meet delivery date targets.
∎ • Candidate should have enough experience for dyeing woven fabrics & Knit fabrics.
∎ • Handle & be responsible for min 40 tons of dyeing per day.
∎ • Meet leading buyer's quality & testing standards.
∎ • Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine;
∎ • Prepare weekly NPT (Non-Productive Time) report as well as ensure NPT reduction at a constant rate;
∎ • Review skill-level of operators on monthly basis and ensure corrective action to train potential workers;
∎ • Prepare reconciliation report for each order;
∎ • Co-ordinate with Merchandising & other concern departments for on time shipment
∎ • Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Minimum 3 Years dyeing related experience as AGM/DGM in reputed factory in Knit and woven Composite Industry
∎ • Work with currently serving customers such as H&M,, Hema, Lidl & other Branded buyers will be added qualification.
∎ • Understanding of quality requirements of leading buyers with knowledge on all testing methods, fabric inspection & quality management systems
∎ • In-depth knowledge of grey knitting, dyeing & finishing.
∎ • Must have computer skills.
∎ • Strong writing and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ • Strong lab experience will be given preference
∎ • Must be able to work independently and take certain decision
∎ • Must have experience to work with major buyers
