• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution will be preferable.

• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Deputy General Manager for Garments Washing in the Washing Factory.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Ensure Proper washing sample development process.

• Ensure the right direction of sample development for buyer satisfaction.

• Ensure the action plan for Right First-Time production is aligned with the production cost.

• Make a three-month production plan with the merchandising and sewing planning department.

• Take necessary action to ensure the dyes and chemical stock for the upcoming order.

• Ensure the delivery target based on central planning & make the monthly summary report for the overall washing plant.

• Solve the critical issue in sample development and bulk production.

• Ensure the right Quality Management System in the washing project.

• Ensure all the testing parameters for every wash product.

• Ensure the right store (receive & delivery) management system.

• Ensure the right chemical store management system for smooth production and buyer audits.

• Co-ordination with merchandiser, marketing, garments factory, and buyer.

• Ensure the right washing machine maintenance with the maintenance team.

• Apply knowledge about all types of latest Technology in the washing process.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
