Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for effective Central Production Planning and efficient implementation.
∎ Foresee upcoming order status and make plans for manpower and machines for critical orders as well as to ensure smooth shipment.
∎ Follow up capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & manage deviations within the planning process.
∎ Will be responsible for optimal capacity planning with cost reduction and increased profitability.
∎ Concept design, justification, approval, and implementation of strategic product planning and line balancing to optimize productivity.
∎ Coordinate with management and merchandising team to forecast the capacity of the factory, upcoming orders, and their costs.
∎ Follow-up Supply Chain activities of raw materials for smooth production and shipment.
∎ Prepare all planning activity metrics reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) and analyze all results to recommend improvements needed in performance and collaborate with the material Manager to forecast all required strategies.
∎ Analyze the daily production and coordinate with the production team to address the difficulties.
∎ Foresee the product status, revise the plan, and coordinate with the concerned section.
∎ Distribute production schedules to all related production staff and implement planning.
∎ Closely monitoring all pre-production activities and priority-based work progressing.
∎ Through monitoring, coordination, and supervision, ensure optimum output shipment from the assigned division.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Deputy General Manager as a Head of Central Planning Department for Three Knit Garments Factory of Pretty Group.
∎ Job location will be Head Office, Gulshan - 2, Dhaka - 1212.
