Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Airlines, Hospitality Management, Travels and tourism

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer the entire activities of Customer Service Department
∎ Formulate policies of Customer Service Department as required for domestic and overseas stations
∎ Convey/implement all company policies as decided by the Management
∎ Monitor very closely overall activities of all local and foreign stations
∎ Prepare paper on Bilateral Agreement and ensure that the agreement is made on the interest of USBA
∎ Coordinate with IATA, ICAO and CAAB authority for better handling of Passenger and Cargo
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower by giving guidelines to down level management
∎ Ensure proper training of all staff of the Department as required by CAAB and other agencies
∎ Look at all disciplinary cases and take necessary actions as per company rules
∎ Recommend leave of staff, and day to day financial vouchers for higher managements approval
∎ Prepare & update all kinds of Manuals
∎ Ensure proper required airport office space for all stations
∎ Coordinate with other agencies like customs, immigration, different embassy and other airlines in the interest of smooth operation of USBA flights
∎ Carry out other functions as assigned to him by MD from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age maximum 50 years
∎ Ability to maintain liaison with relevant authorities
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft office
∎ Good writing ability in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Leadership quality to lead the Customer Service team.
