• Proven experience in end-to-end project execution, from feasibility studies and design coordination to project handover and post-completion support.

• Strong expertise in structural design coordination, value engineering, and construction optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, BNBC, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.

• Extensive experience in contract administration, tendering processes, BOQ preparation, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.

• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, leadership, and team management skills.
