• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Promote the company's real estate projects and services to prospective clients.

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular sales reports, market analyses, and performance updates.
