Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Engineering (Glass & Ceramic/Materials & Metallurgical) from reputed university. Required experinces candidate can relux in educational qualification.
∎ Candidate should good computer literate in MS Office, Power point, Multimedia presentation, email correspondence etc.
∎ Skills Required: Floor/ Line Management, Maintenance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation, Production, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control, monitor and manage every sequence of the manufacturing process in every section of the factory.
∎ To look after overall activities of Export production and Quality with minimum cost.
∎ To ensure and manage time and accurately export marketing orders through effective Production Planning.
∎ To analysis monthly Production & Marketing Plan, Sort out the loop roles and give necessary direction to achieve the goal.
∎ Materials Requisition placement to SCM according to Stock quantity & physical measurement.
∎ Rate analysis of raw materials before casting.
∎ Fixing Mix Design & Ensuring Ceramic property after mixing, as per Client requirement for high performance of Ceramic.
∎ Plan and organize export delivery schedules by coordinating all sections of production line.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge in Ceramic Tableware production & operation of a big factory.
∎ Pro-active, team player, self-motivated and result driven
∎ Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solution
∎ Willing to work in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory compound.
