- Experience: 15+ years in the Freight Forwarding industry, 5+ years in a P&L role, preferably in an MNC.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing large teams and multinational clients.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
- P&L Management: Lead financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
