∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the factory independently.
∎ Responsible for effective production planning and efficient implementation.
∎ Co-ordination with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status & production costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory.
∎ Analyze capacity with planning and capacity distribution after getting a plan from the planning department.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production plans.
∎ Remain updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for smooth operation. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ Maintain Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength to ensure timely shipment target and Increase factory efficiency and productivity.
∎ Constantly improves the efficiencies and effectiveness of the operation with minimum capital investment.
∎ Analyze and evaluate production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Collaborate with IE & Planning for line planning, process breakdown, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
