Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎
∎ Must be capable to achieve the company's sales targets.
∎ Set up guideline for Sales & Marketing team to develop effective Sales & Marketing strategy.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Portray effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work.
∎ Forecast and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales planning and take into account the shelf life.
∎ Channel Management and develop new channel as and when required.
∎ Analyze data & integrate with the annual operating plan.
∎ Analyze competitor activities, identify discrepancies & make a proposal accordingly.
∎ Assign right person in different areas depending upon sales strategy.
∎ Mentor, motivate and guide team members, ensure sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and follow up activity ratio on monthly basis.
∎ Conduct on job training to develop requisite skills of the team members, product knowledge, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.

∎ Age at most 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food, Consumer, Beverage as like FMCG
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Very good analytical ability.
∎ Must have 5-8 years of experience in supervisory position in FMCG industry.
