• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 10 to 15 years

• 10-15 years of experience with various trades (e.g., carpentry, welding, electrical, rigging, plumbing).
• Candidates having working experience in related role in Abroad will get preferences.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.Ability to speak and understand English

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to understand the design and construction requirements.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods of work Plumber, Shutter Carpenter, Steel Fixture, Scaffolder.
• Ensure all construction work, from masonry and carpentry to plumbing and civil tasks, aligns with the provided plans and specifications.
• Identify any discrepancies or errors in blueprints and collaborate with engineers, architects, or project managers to resolve them.
• Supervise and direct the daily activities of masons, carpenters, plumbers, and civil workers, ensuring that they follow the project specifications and execute tasks as per the approved drawings.
• Coordinate the workflow between different trades, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
• Monitor progress to ensure that all work is proceeding as planned and within the required quality standards.
