∎ Also, the candidate should be able to lead the team in Bangladesh towards the implementation of the business development plan while driving the organization's yearly and Quarterly Business Plan, monthly reforecasts. Deliverance of the financial targets of RiceCo in Bangldesh (e.g., Sales, EBITDA, and Working Capital), setting up of targets, annual budget are key deliverables for the position. The General Director should be also accountable for establishing and deepening relationships with distributors, key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the country. To manage, hire, develop, coach, and motivate employees and drive their performance to get the financial results, ensuring safety and compliance would be other deliverables pertaining to the position.
