Responsibilities & Context:
Liquidation Management: Generate demand of Targeted products in designated territories while working closely with Territory sales officers/Managers and seasonal promoters under the supervision of Marketing Lead and Sales Lead
Good planning and organizing abilities. (Campaign, MFM,SFM, Demonstration, Govt office Liaison, Dealer, Retailer Engagement, Product Training)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Inventory Management: Generate monthly liquidation report Highlighting (product wise inventory)
MIS Management: Generate MIS by organizing surveys at Dealer, Retailers and Farmer level to ascertain competitors Business policy, products & NPL,NSP & other marketing information related to crop, acreage, pest, disease
Excellent training facilitation, coordination, and report writing skills
Ability to manage financial and administrative system with cost effective manner
