Generate maximum targets in designated area/territory
Drive sales of key focus products based on crop profile and management Guideline on Month-to-Month basis.
Regularly submit sales order to sales support team through Company order book/Force-view App
Ensure timely Delivery of products at dealer point of signing DO and information Factory.
Timely implement of Dealer related sales scheme
Support credit control officer in securing account balance confirmation from dealers
Expansion new Geography and dealer selection
Connect with Retailer to Dealer
Increase the number of cash customers.
Collection:
Implement all collection plans as per monthly collection target and company policy
Collection as per sales policy
Commission calculation with the help of sales support team
Timely deposit the collected money to company account
Dealer wise outstanding sharing with the credit control officer
Highlight collection related critical customer feedback (Non-payment/legal/etc) to RSM/Credit control officer/commercial lead
Market Development:
Support in Market Development Team in arranging MFM, RM, Demonstration (Field selection), Field day.
Support in promotional activity (Distribution of promo materials)
