Additional Requirements:
∎ You will bring Minimum 5 years' practical experience in developing, implementing and reporting the Capacity Building Plan on TLWR Module for Rohingya humanitarian and Host communities in Cox's Bazar; excellent training, coaching mentoring skills specialized on gender and TLWR and can build the confidence of Oxfam and partner staff in TLWR work ; strong understanding of the gender and protection context of Rohingya and Cox's Bazar host communities and familiarity with the network of self-organized groups among women; strong field experience in community organizing especially organizing groups/collectives of women and adolescent girls for gender justice in Rohingya and host communities in Cox's Bazar; a strategic thinker with strong gender and power analysis capacity; is dynamic and can develop creative tactics and strategies to address power dynamics in a given context; degree or equivalent work experience from a recognized University/college in Humanitarian Assistance, Gender or any other related area that can bring added value to the job; in depth knowledge and understanding of the principles and standards of women's leadership and gender in emergencies; has strong understanding and advocate of feminist and humanitarian principles; demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a demanding and fast-moving environment manage workflows, balance competing priorities and work effectively in a diverse and busy team; fluency in Cox's Bazar, Rohingya and in English languages; Proven skills on drafting and preparing documentation reports; good understanding of Women leadership and gender issues and in WASH, EFSL, protection and GBV prevention and response; willing to learn, with strong inter-personal skills to support confidence building of others.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 1,722,303 per annum (13 months) plus 10% market supplement
