Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Social work, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training in AIDS and PMTCT counseling is an added advantage
∎ Skills Required: capacity building skills, Presentation skill

∎ Key Result #1: Coordination and teamwork
∎ Participate in any assessments that may be conducted by the organization, GBV sub-sector, and comprehensive humanitarian response in support of adding to the evidence base of practice in the Rohingya refugees’ settings
∎ Represent JRRP in MHPSS Technical Working Group and Task forces, as may be required, upon approval from the Medical Coordinator
∎ Key Result #2: Planning and Capacity building
∎ Participate in documenting gaps, bottlenecks, and challenges, planning, monitoring, and evaluating protection and social work activities in the health facilities and catchment area
∎ Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to the health workers team on GBV minimum standards
∎ Track capacity-building needs of staff members and establish to improve counseling skills among health workers at the health facility
∎ Key Result #3: Clinical care, home visits, and referrals
∎ Interview patients and relatives with social needs
∎ Offer counseling, social care, and emotional therapy to patients and other persons.
∎ Carry out home and follow-up visits to patients
∎ Provide social work services with linkages to relevant protection/referral pathways.
∎ GBV Case management
∎ Provided SGBV Counseling services (private and family) to all SGBV survivors, perpetrators
∎ Key Result #4 Monitor and supervision of Volunteers' activity
∎ Regular monitoring and supervision of community-level volunteers
∎ Spot-check and feedback for better improvement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Training and or established experience in counselling with emphasis on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence; case management
∎ Excellent knowledge of Protection and GBV minimum standards and fundamental principles
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
