∎ Graduate from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate outerwear samples in terms of fitting, measurement, construction, and sewing.
∎ Identify potential problems of outerwear samples that may arise during production and make practical suggestions on how to mitigate the risk.
∎ Knowledge and understanding in pattern adjustment to implement operational process (Proto/SMS/Bulk).
∎ Guide operator/sample maker for making perfect outerwear sample as per customer/buyer demand.
∎ Follow up outerwear production according to production plan and ensure on time delivery.
∎ Prepare production card, Customer copy for Marketing Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Must have minimum 05 years and above experience as Garment Technician of Outerwear.
∎ Good command of English in both written and verbal.
∎ Well conversant in written and oral English communication.
∎ Proficient in using all types of sewing machines used for Outerwear production.
∎ Strong knowledge in fabric & garment construction.
∎ Capable to identify and analyze problems while proposing solutions.
∎ Good knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Strong communication skills.
