∎ Masters in Marketing, management, International Relationships or Economics from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet all fundraising strategy targets, timelines and income projections.
∎ Develop new strategies and setting goals to achieve fundraising targets and income projections.
∎ To collect fund from local level and within country for the poorest family and children for improving their livelihood.
∎ Develop public fundraising opportunities and activities.
∎ Identify liaison and manage small & mid donors, trust, governments, corporate and private sectors.
∎ Attract, build and develop relationships with new and existing corporate donors to secure long term and increased funding across a wide range of target markets.
∎ Manage a mixed portfolio of funders to best practice standards ensuring.
∎ Prepare Annual work plan and constantly follow-up for its implementation.
∎ Writing Minutes of the Meetings
∎ Ensure that fundraising and resource mobilization information are updated on NM website.
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

∎ Processing of nomination papers as well as preparation of reports for donor agencies.
∎ Liaise with NGO Affairs Bureau and other government agencies in getting approval of DAM projects as well as ensuring timely submission of Project Proposal/Project Progress Reports to donors.
∎ Take initiative in identifying funding opportunities and sharing the information with the Management.
∎ Initiating necessary follow-up activities on the proposals submitted to various donors as well as replying to their queries and completion of their specific project pro-forma, if any
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 1 year experience as Fund raising officer in any development or corporate Agency.
∎ the ability to meet financial targets
∎ commitment to your charity's cause
∎ the ability to build and maintain relationships
∎ creativity, imagination and an entrepreneurial attitude towards fundraising
∎ a proactive attitude, drive and enthusiasm to carry out projects to conclusion
∎ the ability to influence others using excellent communication skills
∎ the capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ good organizational and project management skills
∎ the ability to motivate others and work as part of a team
∎ Excellent time-management skills;
∎ Excellent writing and verbal skills in both English and Bangla
Salary: Tk. 28000 (Monthly)
