Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js, Laravel, or Python
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience working with authentication, authorization, and data validation
- Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Node.js, Laravel, or Python
- Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless experiences
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient database solutions
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Stay current with backend development trends and tools
