Experience:

• 3 to 6 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 3 to 6 years

• Project ownership mentality is required (end-to-end accountability for modules/features)
• Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in an intense, creative, early-stage build environment
• Clean, reusable, and scalable coding habits
• Strong discipline in planning, documentation, and milestone-driven execution

Core Tech Stack (Must-Have)

• Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Working knowledge of Python
• Strong API design & integration skills (REST / GraphQL)
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and shared service patterns (SSO, JWT, OAuth)

Database design across diverse modules:

• Relational (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with document/NoSQL patterns is a plus
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time communication
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
• Strong Git workflow and structured release practices
• Ability to build modern, responsive, accessible UI/UX

Cloud & DevOps (Preferred)

• AWS (EC2, S3)
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Redis for caching and performance
• Automation workflows, n8n (plus)

Compliance Awareness (Nice-to-Have but Highly Valued)

• Understanding of GDPR
• Exposure or readiness to support compliance-aligned features for healthcare/security ecosystems

Job Context

You will play a critical role in shaping the product’s technical direction and execution. This role requires a balance of architecture leadership and hands-on development, with a strong bias toward shipping production-quality foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end system architecture (frontend, backend, database, infrastructure)
• Design robust multi-tenant data isolation and tier-based feature gating
• Build the core authentication and shared services layer
• Deliver HR & Administration as an early MVP priority

Develop and iterate modules across:

• HR & Administration (AI HR, shift management, financial analysis)
• Marketplace (IT freelancers + general freelancers)
• Security/Compliance
• Healthcare interoperability readiness
• Marketing automation
• AI automation for custom business logic
• Refactor existing codebases where needed and create new scalable components
• Ensure performance, security, maintainability, and clean documentation
• Collaborate with product/UI stakeholders and translate vision into reliable delivery
