Responsibilities & Context:

The Lifeline Lodge & Resort is a sister concern of Hundred Souls Limited.It is going to recruit Front Office Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise the front desk team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service.

  • Guest Relations: Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.

  • Operations Oversight: Manage daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest service processes.

  • Coordination with Departments: Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.

  • Financial Accountability: Oversee the front office budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of service.

  • System Management: Ensure the accuracy and efficient use of the property management system (PMS) for reservations, billing, and guest information.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on front office operations, guest satisfaction, to the General Manager.

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and encourage professional growth among front office team members.
