Hotel Bengal Blueberry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee our front office operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk team, coordinating with various departments, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills,
effective communication, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise the front desk team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service.
Guest Relations: Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Operations Oversight: Manage daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest service processes.
Coordination with Departments: Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Financial Accountability: Oversee the front office budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of service.
System Management: Ensure the accuracy and efficient use of the property management system (PMS) for reservations, billing, and guest information.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on front office operations, guest satisfaction, to the General Manager.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and encourage professional growth among front office team members.
