Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CS
∎ Skills Required: JavaScript, Laravel Framework, Problem Solving, ReactJS, Redux, Strong analytical ability

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): JavaScript, ReactJS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong understanding of ReactJS and its core principles and at least two (02) years of experience in building applications using React
∎ Strong/Expert level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS with knowledge of internals with a minimum of 4 years of experience developing user-friendly interfaces.
∎ Engage with architects to comprehend functional challenges, prototype new ideas, and new technologies, and help to create innovative solutions.
∎ Strong experience in application state management.
∎ Understanding of JavaScript Design patterns, transpilers and module bundlers.
∎ Proficient in developing User Interfaces using a component-based approach
∎ Familiarity with design systems (Material Design)
∎ Research and implement new technologies and methodologies that can improve the architecture, its software components, user experience, and development process
∎ Understanding of Object-oriented programming, asynchronous and functional programming.
∎ Robust debugging and diagnostic skills
∎ Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
∎ Experience in automated testing platforms
∎ Experience with performance debugging and bench marking
∎ Ability to work in an agile collaborative environment.
∎ Strong analytical skills, problem-solving aptitude, and good communications skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should be able to use and understand version control system like github/bitbucket.
∎ Experience in Node.JS will be a plus!
∎ Experience in Laravel/API will be a plus!
∎ Quick learner and interested to learn new technologies/approaches
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team under minimum supervision.
∎ Self-motivated and open to accepting ideas from team members.
∎ Candidates from Basabo, Khillgaon, Shantinagar, Malibagh, Moghbazar, Rampura will get preference in final selection.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
