Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Master's Degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
∎ Attend to clients for account opening procedures, unit purchase and other routine queries.
∎ Attending inbound and outbound sales calls.
∎ Prepare different type of documents for Sales and Settlement Departments.
∎ Manage Day to day administrative work.
∎ Prepare report on employees' Attendance & Leave Record.
∎ Welcome visitors and notify the appropriate personnel of their arrivals.
∎ Support staffs management.
∎ Assist organizing events and meetings.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience preferred
∎ Ability to deal with clients/visitors with a positive approach.
∎ Excellent communication and inter-personal skills along with proficiency in English (Speaking and written).
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specially Excel, Power Point and Word).
∎ Well groomed.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
