Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Lead Call enquires who registered/attended our events.
∎ Provide study abroad consultation to the students and the guardians.
∎ Follow up customer records where necessary.
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Maintain the Front Desk area properly.
∎ Meet students face to face.
∎ Process Applications to Partner Universities.
∎ Ability to self-motivate and manage your student portfolio through positive relationship management.
∎ Understanding of fast and timely responses to increasing conversion.
∎ Understanding Entry requirements of studying in the USA, UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, and MALAYSIA. (Training provided)
∎ Ability to work within a team.

∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ A Level, HSC (Vocational) can also apply
∎ Skills Required: MICROSOFT OFFICE
