Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are only looking for experienced Front Desk Officer or Receptionist, if you do not have experience in this field please ignore.
∎ Greet and welcome all kinds of visitors upon arrival at the office.
∎ Able speak Bangla and English fluently to other visitors and guide them to specific destinations.
∎ Provide information about our services to visitor as required.
∎ Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone.
∎ Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries.
∎ Answer incoming calls and forward them to the concerned person.
∎ Maintain documents of the front desk customer care prepare require reports.
∎ Coordination & better communication skill.
∎ To develop relationship with existing and new client .
∎ Create and maintain filing systems for relevant documents especially incoming and outgoing documents.
∎ Assist with organizing and coordinating events with other departments.
∎ Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Management.
