Responsibilities & Context:
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently.        

  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.

  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer in a very effective manner adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Communicating with them through various communication channel channels, including email, social media, phone, or SMS.

  • Provide accurate service, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Assist them if they are facing a problem and troubleshoot it. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.

  • Identify and assess customer`s needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer complaints via call.

  • Use outbound calls to reach out to clients and verify service.

  • Provide real-time assistance to the executives, especially new ones.

  • Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer.

  • It is important to have the ability to handle any situation.

  • Implements quality, and customer-service standards.

  • Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

  • Collecting positive reviews from clients.

  • Daily drop call back.
