We are currently looking for honest, talented, self-driven, proactive and career-ambitious professionals for the position of Front Desk Executive, Administration Department. The position of “Front Desk Executive” will work to handle the business stakeholders, clients, customers, and guests from the front line at Head office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend phone calls and answer courteously and redirect them to the appropriate line.

  • Welcome and greet all guests/visitors/customers/clients cordially in a comfortable manner and resolve their requirements.

  • Ensure VIP meeting schedule and handle the VIP guest with a good manner.

  • Guide guests and issue guest badges/cards and forward them to the required personnel.

  • Manage visitors’ queries and provide quick solutions.

  • Maintain a visitor’s register logbook.

  • Receive files/documents etc and distribute to the proper person & department.

  • keep record of meeting schedules and appointments properly.

  • Maintain & ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
