Responsibilities:

• Establish partnership with retailers, contractors, & distributors.
• Having good knowledge of the marketplace.
• Strong communication, negotiation knowledge and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 years experience in a sales management role preferably within the lighting industry.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
• Create brand awareness.
• Monthly Clients Visit Report.
• Daily Visit Reports.
• Clients Database.
• Arrange Management Meeting with Clients.
• Keep updates all sales activities to GM daily basis.
