Job Responsibilities:
∎ To distribute the jobs from the job register them to mechanic, mechanic helper.
∎ To check the vehicle after completion of maintenance work.
∎ To help mechanic to understand the given job.
∎ To check and supervise the work done by mechanic.
∎ To write down the solved work in job register.
∎ To solve the problems as soon as possible if there is any breakdown occurs.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills on engine overhauling, Auto & manual transmission system, Fuel system, Starting system, etc.
∎ Knowledge on vehicle engine, Gear box, Differential, Suspension, Electrical etc.
∎ Competencies on Common electrical system, Gear shifting system, Suspension system etc.
